MAKE AN APPOINTMENT

We always try to conduct a survey at your home. At this consultation you can discuss which products would be most suitable, timeframes, and any other burning questions you may have. If a survey isn't possible, for example during extremely busy times of the year, we will ask you to provide certain information so that we can give you an accurate quotation. 

QUOTE 

We send you an itemised quote by email. On acceptance of our quote we will contact you to book an installation date, and send you an invoice requesting the initial deposit payment. Once this is received we will confirm your installation date and order the products required for the installation.

INSTALLATION

On or before the day of installation remove all items of value from the room we’ll be working in. Our engineers will cover large items of furniture with dust sheets to protect them and flooring will be covered with an appropriate floor protection.
We aim to complete most installations within 1-2 days depending on the complexity and level of building works required.

COMMISSIONING

Our engineers will test the installation and run through the operation of the appliance with you along with  some other important points we need to make you aware of. We will leave the manufacturers instruction booklet, which will detail all the things you need to know. CERTIFICATION

We register the installation with HETAS and local authority building control and in 2 - 3 weeks you will receive your certificate of compliance with building regulations through the post. Keep this certificate in a safe place as you’ll need it should you come to sell your house
