Delivery / Returns

Delivery Lead Time: 4-6 weeks

All deliveries require a signature.

If an item cannot be delivered it will be returned to our warehouse and a delivery return fee may be charged.

In uncommon instances of a stock error, an item may be unavailable. If this occurs, we will inform you and provide the earliest possible delivery date.

If the unit does arrive damaged, contact customer support immediately and no less than 48 hours after receiving the item.

If you do not contact our customer support about freight damage within the above-mentioned timespan, Firefly is in no way obligated to refund and/or replace the damaged product.
