THE WINDSOR

The Windsor is hand-made by Classic Mantels from their workshop in West Sussex. They have an unrivalled reputation for crafting beautiful fire surrounds from the finest materials, using traditional artisan techniques for more than 30 years. 

Hearths, slips and interiors to suit any fireplace can also be supplied in a wide choice of materials, and Firefly can fully install your fireplace along with your chosen fire.

All dimensions are subject to typical handmade tolerances of +/- 3mm. This fireplace can be handmade to order in other materials and sizes.

Please note - all stone can be subject to naturally occurring variations in colour, markings, fossilisation and graining.

Delivery Lead Time: 4-6 weeks

All deliveries require a signature. 

If an item cannot be delivered it will be returned to our warehouse and a delivery return fee may be charged.

In uncommon instances of a stock error, an item may be unavailable. If this occurs, we will inform you and provide the earliest possible delivery date.

Made-to-order and Special Order items are not returnable and non-refundable, unless they are found to be faulty or damaged.

If the unit does arrive damaged, contact customer support immediately and no less than 48 hours after receiving the item.
