At Planika, safety is a top priority. Their innovative Burning Ethanol Vapours (BEV) Technology eliminates direct contact between liquid fuel and the flame, ensuring complete control over the fire. A microprocessor and multiple safety sensors regulate the entire combustion process, providing a secure and seamless experience.

EFFORTLESS FLAME CONTROL

Easily adjust the flame’s intensity from a distance. The Porto BEV fireplace can be operated via the included remote control, the dedicated FLA4 NET ZERO app, or the integrated control panel.

DESIGNED FOR OUTDOOR DURABILITY

Built to withstand diverse weather conditions, the Porto BEV fireplace features a sealed, waterproof electronic system. The high glass panels protect the flame from strong winds, ensuring consistent performance.

CUSTOMIZABLE FLAME HEIGHT

Choose from six adjustable flame levels to suit your needs. Lower settings allow for extended operation—up to 14 hours - while higher settings provide increased heat output for faster warming.

Each casing is crafted from durable, weather-resistant materials, capable of withstanding rain, snow, and other outdoor elements.

Delivery Lead Time: 3-4 weeks

All deliveries require a signature. 

If an item cannot be delivered it will be returned to our warehouse and a delivery return fee may be charged.

In uncommon instances of a stock error, an item may be unavailable. If this occurs, we will inform you and provide the earliest possible delivery date.

Made-to-order and Special Order items are not returnable and non-refundable, unless they are found to be faulty or damaged.

If the unit does arrive damaged, contact customer support immediately and no less than 48 hours after receiving the item.

If you do not contact our customer support about freight damage within the above-mentioned timespan, Firefly is in no way obligated to refund and/or replace the damaged product.
