Affordable Luxury with Advanced Safety

As Planika’s most budget-friendly automatic burner, Prime Fire still includes many of the premium features found in the FLA4 and FLA4+ models. It is equipped with multiple safety sensors that monitor operation and automatically shut down the burner if any irregularities are detected.

Patented BEV Technology for Clean Combustion

Prime Fire utilizes Planika’s BEV (Burning Ethanol Vapours) technology, which vaporizes bioethanol fuel before combustion, ensuring a clean, odourless, and smoke-free burn with no ash or soot.

Easy & Safe Refueling

Refilling the burner is effortless with the included
automatic pump. Simply press a button, and the system will safely fill the tank, stopping automatically when full to prevent overfilling.

Adjustable Flame Levels

The Prime Fire 2.0 990 features three adjustable flame levels, an improvement over the previous version, which had only two. You can control the flames using:

If an item cannot be delivered it will be returned to our warehouse and a delivery return fee may be charged.

In uncommon instances of a stock error, an item may be unavailable. If this occurs, we will inform you and provide the earliest possible delivery date.

Made-to-order and Special Order items are not returnable and non-refundable, unless they are found to be faulty or damaged.

If the unit does arrive damaged, contact customer support immediately and no less than 48 hours after receiving the item.

If you do not contact our customer support about freight damage within the above-mentioned timespan, Firefly is in no way obligated to refund and/or replace the damaged product.
