The Thornycroft

The Thornycroft is a classically styled fireplace surround with decorative corbels, from Classic Mantels. It is available in all the listed marble and limestone materials, and can incorporate any type of fire including a woodburner, bioethanol fire or gas fire. The shelf has a generous depth of 242mm, provided in part by the supporting corbels; ideal for placing larger objects such as a grand vase or a candelabra. 

The Thornycroft is hand-made by Classic Mantels from their workshop in West Sussex. They have an unrivalled reputation for crafting beautiful fire surrounds from the finest materials, using traditional artisan techniques for more than 30 years. 

Hearths, slips and interiors to suit any fireplace can also be supplied in a wide choice of materials, and Firefly can fully install your fireplace along with your chosen fire.
